Another option for driving an F1 car is http://www.agsformule1.com They were one of the first in the world to offer such an experience.
A couple of years ago I saw an item on it on Dutch television, it was supercool!

You can choose from 2 options: F1 "Modern" Course or F1 "Classic" Course. Both of them are powered by a 650bhp 3.5L V8 Ford Cosworth engine, but the main difference is that the "Classic" F1 car has a 6-speed Hewland manual gearbox! So it's possible to feel what F1 drivers experienced about 15 years ago, before all those electronics where introduced!
