maybe I'm not as hardcore-keeper as TT, but hope these will help you:

- keep the cd away from direct sunlight
- hard cover are always better, i.e., something falls onto your collection, you put one cd inside your backpack. Of course you can try and find archival grade, acid-free soft and hard cases, but would cost a lot of money
- mm, humidity, try not to put those precious cds in your closet next to your shoes. Buy those powder, sand thingies that keep moisture away
- store in a dry place.
- prevent dust

it's a fortune cd's aren't as delicate as comics, books, etc.

I have well over 100gb in media(cds/dvds). But If I actually kept the Top Gear and 5th gear, MotorWorld and all that Id be at a TB right now

You just had to take it there huh dan.

I thought this was the best way to show how much crap i have on my comp for now. And just before you think u have a lot on your hd the shot to the right will make u ashamed. Also pay attention to the total share of the hub
bottom right of first pic.
