What about people who drive Rotaries? Don't they have to use mineral oil because some oil goes into the rotor housing to help seal lubrication.

no, because the synthetic conforms to the requirements needed for the rotor tips. if the engine isn't brning oil already, i'd say make the switch now before it starts.

Here's another one. What about mixing weights. Such as mixing 3 Quarts of 5-30 and 3 Quarts of 10-30. Any down side?
