holy crap - is being young in "modern times" really this depressing?

What happened to entertaining yourself with hobbies and reading and outdoor activities and sports...
Bad, go beat some dudes up under the guise of Taikwondo..

Above all, eat right, play right and don't "worry" about the shit that is going to be folowing you for the restof your life.

Well, it most definitely isn't. I tried to drink some rum (the only drink I had in the house) but didn't have Coke to mix it with so I tried mixing it with tea and it sucks. So no drinking for me tonight. Fuck...this is not the solution. I set my clock to wake me up at 8 tomorrow and I'll go for a long run. That should solve some of my problems.

I was actually going to suggest that - go get some good hard physical exercise in to get those endorphins flowing

NOPE , when you`re depressed sex it`s the only thing that doesn`t work.

The best thing to do , besides drinking it`s the sport , but not any kind , try some extreme stuff , like inline skates or a bike , and go to a skate park and try the halfpipe , your depression will go away the moment you`re up there . and you`re looking down , and it`s sooo tempting .

If you don`t like extreme sports , than take a mountain trip , helps a lot .

just don't break any bones by trying something too crazy... that would lead to a new level of depression

could be a great bar story tho... and casts definitely get the sympathy points with the ladies

your depression wont end this way .... .
k .. listein .. this is how it works ... ...
go talk to her ... if she is interested ... then you depressions will end in a good way ... and if she give you a low blow ... then your depressions will end .. in a bad way .. (happened to a close friend a couple of days ago ) ... .

Yeah, right. I'm stronger than that. Now I'm off for some jogging.
