I get these rides by wearing the "Can I ride in your Ferrari?" t-shirt you suggested.....today I got another one asking for Lambo rides.  Seriously this time the president actually called me to invite me along as he wanted some pics - and once there with the empty seats he thought it would be stupid to tag along in the WRX.
I agree on the Dino sound, especially when he was blipping the throttle on the downshifts - lovely!
Maybe my vision is still blurred from yesterday, but which pics are still a problem?

Yep I'd take the Diablo for sure, much more practical than the Countach. You should've seen the owner trying to reverse the Countach - door up and sitting on the sill while still controlling the pedals. 
Yes its a 40th Anniversary - number 25/50.

Love the shots of the Diablo, still a stunning machine, and from what Clarkson has said in the reviews, you need to be quite huge to drive it? but he says alot of things though.

I know they had over 80 Ferrari's at the classic on the weekend. The guy was on the loudspeaker sprouting it was the biggest collection of ferrari's in one place outside of europe lol.....
I have seen a few modena's and 355's but not often so ill have to keep my eyes out for those miura's dingo!!!

well it was the owners wife driving it, and she wasn't "huge" but didn't seem to have any problems handling it.

You probably won't see the Miuras as they are hardly driven, but plenty of other nice stuff too.
The guy with the yellow Gallardo who came to Alice Springs is from Sadeliade ( ) and uses it as a daily driver (~20,000km in a year I think), though his new E60 M5 is doing those duties lately.
