I usually just leave it all black cuz it loads faster, and it is easier on the eyes. So my contribution wont help =(

I change my desktop pretty often as well, infact a few hours ago it was the Hamann Ferrari F430. But here it is as of now.

I use this wallpaper (car show Frankfurt) most time since I have my own comp
but sometimes I change it for some nice shots I take (scale models, car sightings)

I cant believe people still use 1024 screen resolution. The icons are sooo big and ugly.
I got myne set in 1920x1600 that way more things can be seen at any particular time. 1024x768 just doesnt cut it.

my laptop cant handle any bigger i believe i've got my normal pc at 12whatever...not sure tho...never use it anymore...

^^ same deal with me... I would go higher, my laptop just won't let me. One thing I don't like tho is at super high resolutions the text and everything gets so damn small. Without a really big screen I have trouble reading without straining.
I couldn't care less about icons anyway... not like I have any
