things like humidity, Ta (absolute temperature) track temperature and mm Hg can affect a car driven in the same manner by 4-5 seconds at NS

both. We use both times when using WR's NS times, and SA's times... why not the case with GM?

Sportauto times cant be compared to factory times since sportauto always use the same driver and only drive cars directly from factory, no preproduction cars or different drivers.
