If that makes sense.
That makes more sence than any idea I can come up with. Hey, I can
at least amagine it happening that way.

I don't think it has anything to do with the van outbreaking the 360. The 360 driver would just have to break later (not paying attention). I think that if the car was backing and the Modena going forward there would have been more damage to the front of the 360. From the pic the damage doesn't look so bad, that is what makes me think that the van was also breaking hard and making it's rear end lighter due to weight transfer. It almost looks like the rear end of the van would have to been in the air for that to happen. The hood of the Modena looks to have sustained minor damage, even if the tires rolled on the hood it shold be smashed.

I guess that it could also be that the van rolled of a car truck
or a flatbed tow truck. It just looks like it was placed on the
Ferrari, hey wait a minute, that could be it, maybe some prank-
sters picked it up and placed it on the Ferrari, things like that
have happend before.

This is a common accident type - it's when the lower sleeker car torpedoes under the car in front - especially if the front vehicle is a van or pickup with all it's weight in the front.

There have been a number of such accidents shown on the Net over the years, a couple involving C4 Corvettes and other pointy cars.

i think its quite morbid that people like looking at wrecked cars... anyway i guess most will go to Ferrari Heaven to rest in peace.

Seriously, this post is a waste of time and (web) space... everyone knows about www.wreckedexotics.com and they can go there if the want... don't litter JW with this sort of crap.

Good point. I just hate it when cars, especially exotics, are wrecked. It's insulting.

BTW: Nice sig!

this crash is real. it is in turkey. the guy who was driving the ferrari was doing something else and did not notice the traffic light. and then this photo. it is a true and sad story

well with the 360 going realy realy fast, it could have slid under so fast that it helped lift the wagon in the air, and land on the windscreen like it did, thus avoiding more damge to the hood.
