I suppose the SLR is still not avaiable in the US...

Actually they are available. The first one landed on the Gold Coast in Long Island New York with more following this spring.

Not yet , neither the Pagani Zonda , i bet its too expensive to crash 4 of them in the Us for crash proof approvals , and they wouldnt be able to meet the demand

yeah but the regulations are extremely strict in the States, so they have to crash the car itself (as well as a digital recreation of the event) to see how a passenger/driver or pedestrian gets thrown about in an accident.
