Can't remember the band - heard it on the radio at work today...

...it includes the line, "You've got the music in you..."

The line that sticks in my head is, "YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU GIVE".

Good line that one.

Ok, this is a selection out of my favourite tracks. I started with collecting my favourite songs two years ago. I have them all stocked on my hard disk, mp3-files of course. A mp3-radio in your car is very convenient 8)
I'm quite a big fan of dance music but rock music as well, that is why my collection covers such a variety in music.

I'm a big fan of Kosheen (great great gig at this year's Werchter festival)
I like The Streets (Mike Skinner) and the Audio Bullys as well, I saw The Streets performing live at Werchter last year, the Audio Bullys will be playing on Pukkelpop this year, looking a forward to it

Besides all the dance music I'm a big 80'ties fan, they made great music in the 80's

On the whole, as you can see, I like lots of styles and wouldn't be able to live without music

Cheers

"I may not ever get rich, I might wind up digging a ditch
I won't cry, no I won't bitch, I won't back down and I'll never quit
It is my badge of Pride, hardcore till the day I die"

Badge of Pride by Pennywise

Come to think of it, there are a lot of excellent quotes from thousands of songs. So it's impossible to narrow it down to a favorite.

"On the forehead of every little whore there is a sign that says, Baby we are all born to die"

Capitalism Stole My Virginity by The International Noise Conspiracy

Tom Cochrane-Lunatic Fringe

Lunatic Fringe
In the twilight's last gleaming
This is open season
But you won't get too far
We know you've got to blame someone
For your own confusion
But we're on guard this time
Against your final solution

We can hear you coming
