I got 18. But I doubt I'm going to be a millionaire. Most important to me is the balance between private life and work. If becoming a millionaire would mean that all I would be doing is working, then what's the use? You couldn't even enjoy doing things with that money anyway.
Most of the time, the right answer for me wasn't there, so I had to pick the one that sounded least strange to me.
What's a millionaire anyway? Someone who has a million on his bank account (or invested in such a way it's easily accessible) or someone whose total possessions minus debts add up to a million? The latter are pretty common, but I'm guessing the test was about the first category.

Yes you're right in assets its easy to exceed £1 million in the UK in terms of assets now.... due to the booming property market and rising value of peoples homes...but you cant spend it so that doesn't really count IMO...to me its when you have at least £1 million on deposit in cash...available to spend on whatever you want...plus a substantial income to support a millionaires lifestyle....

i would only invest what I could afford to lose....There was a TV show on recently, about people who have invested in Art. One person invested 30k, now that she has been scammed, she has no money!

i got 16. but i didnt like the way they tell the lower group" to change your attitude if you want don't want the pinnacle of your achievement to be reaching for the top shelf in the supermarket", basically saying make large amounts of money is the only measure of success. but thats just the way the world is i guess...

fair point, but if you are taking the test, one fair assumption is that you have some interest in being a millionaire. If one really did not care, one would not take the test. Also I doubt that it is a very serious test! Having said that, I know where you are comming from.
