hrm... TVRs sound great, but, to me, many other cars sound better. The Zonda, SL55, SLR, Vanqish, and many others. I like the sound of a 360, but I perfer a lower revving engine that doesn't scream in my face.

you guys have never a bmw 745 without its exhaust have you?

i'm waitin on an excuse to pull the exhaust on a 760 next.

i would have to say the flat 12 of a testerossa sounds pretty sexy though, bu my ultimate love is the sound of a 426hemi :fist:

Here are some vids and sound files of TVR's

I saw Chmaera or Griffith passing me by when I was in London and I felt the sound in my entrails(stomack) just like standing 3 meters from the stage on the concert of Napalm Death by those HUGE speakers

Haven't heard a TVR personally, but can't imagine it being anymore awesome than a 550 Maranello with a Tubi, which I have heard and from 2 cars behind, it raised my hair like no other car. Except maybe some American V8's.

Best car I've heard on the Net: Carrera GT. "Sounds like a Formula One car" is something of a cliche, but in this case it's so true.
For induction noises, I can't think of anything that beats a Colombo V12 with 6 downdraft Webers.

There are a lot of cars which sound better than the TVRs IMO im afraid, strarting from the legendary cars such as the renault 5 Turbo 2, any grN exhaust escort cosworth, lancia delta integrale, any grA historic car such as the integrale, the sierra and escort, the E30 M3, the ferrari 355, the 360, the enzo, the F40.............

no WAY.....the Chimera's note is NOTHING compared to the Speed 12's engine noise....but I still perfer the E55's and the SL55's note...next is the Speed 12
