I think it looks pretty good except the silver grille in the front, I prefer them in black... but these days, Ferrari are too lazy to design a new cars... F430 = Modified F360 front + Enzo Tail and F600 = Scageletti + 575 hood...
sigh.. what's Ferrari thinking? they have so much money which they can design a new cars easily...

Ferrari always have been ahead of their time with design. i look at the 456, 355, 575 now and still think they look better than so many other new models out today. Their designers are just the best, but would u expect any less from Pinnafarina? personally i felt the 612 was a bit disappointing (not saying it looks bad tho, it still looks very nice), and i'm hoping the 600 Imola won't be so closely related to it because the beauty with Ferraris is that while keeping certain styling elements the same, they still have a lot of diversity (unlike BMW/Mercedes/Porsche who seem to be very conservative with styling from model to model)

but i know watever the 600 Imola will end up looking like, it will definately be one hell of a car in person. but in the meantime, all we can say for the 575 is RESPECT!!

No they weren't designed by Ken...

What I don't understand is why can't pininfarina get an italian to design the cars???

Although I don't think there's anything wrong with the Japanese Ken, since his sketches of the 612 were much better than the final execution, I do agree that Pininfarina should hire a European designer, if there aren't any good Italians.

there has to be good Italian designers i bet most of the ppl at Pininfarina are Italians and plus Italians are the most known when it comes to style. But in the end u gotta remember this, Even if Ken or whoever is the main stylist designs the car, Pininfarina still has to like it and can change things, and then same when Ferrari sees it, its not like what Ken does is set in stone it has to pass what Pininfarina and Ferrari like

i love the front end..they just gotta change the back end up a bit or so. it'd be cool if they had an hood intake like the R&T pic.

I remember clearly that within the past few years, any new Ferrari has faced lotsa criticism on its launch or prelaunch pics but there's alway two things to consider when you see a new Ferrari's pix.
1. Don't judge'em before you see'em in flesh
2. Spend some time getting used to their avantgard designs

Anyway I'm sure the final Imola will look nothing like the crappy Photoshop version posted.

It is said to be powered by a detuned version of the Enzo's V12 possibly coupled with the new UniAir technology putting out some 630hp. They say they want it to be faster than the SLR for less than a half of the price.

How you like that, btw ?
