StanAE86, i commute from SF to SJ and woodside is remote in the middle of that path. Where exactly is this Unocal 76.... Is it on the street that merges 101 and 280? I cant imagine how much it cost... $5/gal???

I don't know exactly where it is...my friends who live in Redwood City get gas there once in a while. They just told me it's between 101 and 280 and it's a 76 gas station. It's not in the hills yet, that's when you get west of 280. Between 101 and 280 is still "downtownish" Redwood City. I'm guessing it's like $5/gal. The only other option is to find race shops that carry it, or head out to Sears Point and fill up there.

it would be interesting to just one day try out 100 octane and see if the car feels faster at all. So if i were to go 280N and exit woodside rd, i would turn right and probably see it on that road??

Yeah. Head towards 101 and you should see the place. I've asked my friends for the cross street and they don't know either. They just know how to get there.
I don't think higher octane will help unless you've got an ECU that will adjust for it.
Good luck.

Same here (Greece) we have V-power [95] and V-Power racing [100]. There is also BP Ultimate which is also 100 octane. One thing to hate with these new "products"is that they burn really fast and you will find your tank empty before you know...
