Yes, your chances are better with a higher percentage; however by repeating a crime you start to get better and in turn, on average your success rate increases. Just keep going. and going. and going...

They won't know...  Until they are made aware of.. That's why you don't steal cars from other users, it really frustrates them.
Concentrate on getting good at crimes, nick a few cars and sell them and you'll have a bigger bank balance. Then start with booze, you won't be able to carry much at first, but again just keep trying - and try to grasp the overall prices so you will know whats a good deal and what's not.

No theres to many families to be a threat just from us right now.
I have a qeustion:
Is it a good idea when you make money to take your money out of the bank and add more or should I just leave the money in the bank alone?

It depends if you want to make interest. Usually you don't want to leave too much dough in your pockets because fuckers will steal it. I got about $30 000 stolen from me so far.
