I can affor the villa now, but it seems that it was unnecessary. It says that the leader has to pay 25k to store the stuff, but not that he has to own a villa.
I am in for an OC. Lets all agree on our position.
I have a good car which Fleischy left so I can be the driver or the leader. Someone organize this.
