ah cool,im guessing that your going to be using that gearbox then? the puma box will go better with your power i should think with its longer ratios,60 in 2nd gear

Yep, I will be using the FRP box with has a shorter throw than the standard 1.7

I will have the engine in and done by the end of May. the turbo will take another year or so.

Cheers mate - it is good to hear. It is difficult to get across just how much thought has gone into the car. There are many factors behind the FRP (and why I have not gone FRS/1.8t); admittedly the decision was rushed as an opportunity presented its self that I could not turn down.
Once I can motivate myself, I will sit down and write a detailed update to walish 8)
