Default bad news for me today

I had some surgery on my lower back in the middle of January this year. I had a pinodial sinus (cyst) in my back, and the surgery went fine. 3 weeks later it got infected and I had to spend another week in hospital. Then I had to rinse the cavety twice a day with saltwater. (A friend of mine was trained by the doctor to do this when we were in Austria)

This have caused me to miss a lot of lectures at school, and today I had was at the doctor and the bacteria sample was positive. This means I maybe I have to have another operation, and I had to postpone this semester to later on.

Luckily I got an arrangement so that I can follow the 2 last semesters of my Bachelor degree and take the missing exams later on. So this year I am starting my summer vacation early with a not so big smile

I can somewhat understand, I had multiple surgeries to my eyes done in 2000-2001. It can get very frustrating and adds a lot of stress in your life. Thank goodness that you have a great friend to help you out like that, could you imagine what it would be like if you were alone? Take care and please let us know how things are.

Damn Skaala...that sounds pretty awful. I hope you have a speedy recovery, completely unhindered by bacteria or any other microfauna. Chin up and good luck!
