Teriyaki is Japanese.

I hate chinese food, and only Japanese food I like it sushi.

Chow mein is good eats, as is almond chicken, BBQ pork and so much more. Whether or not all the stuff that I call 'Chinese food' actually originates from China, I couldn't care less haha, but I like a lot of it.

Yeah I have been to Hong Kong and Kowloon. Great food but I have no idea what any of it was called. All the menus were written in chinese
