I c , sorry,,,,my fault,,,, when someone says 230 I automatically think of 230 muscle.

What can I say, looks like I am the heavyweight bruiser of the forum.
Height 6ft = 120cm
Weight - 19stone = 266lbs = 120.7kg

The best bit about it is that I am a big guy with broad shoulders, 52 inch chest and 17" Biceps etc but I have a little bit of a belly, no washboard abs, I like my food too much. The main advantage of having a big frame is Power, plus people are less likely to start a fight with me although I am a pussy cat really

The only thing that does my head in is that I have to loose weight everytime I go to a drag strip, just to get better quarter mile times.

For those that want to convert their weights etc between metric and stuff.

1 inch = 2.5cm
1lb = 454g
