You might want to go by photographers rather than magazines since they always move around.
Anton Watts is very good too. He works for Top Gear if I'm not mistaken.
But hey, they're all good. You'll just have to check out new magazines every month to find what you like.
If you want to try something crazy you might want to check out weird fringe magazines like Intersection. It's not really my cup of tea, but they do have some interesting art direction.
