Looks staged to me too, he was a bit to cooperative. At first I thought it would be the scene from Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels.

It was froma show called 'World Shut your mouth' And every single one of his stunts are performed on the unsuspecting public, altough the parking attendant may have been in on it - he didnt seem to fight too much, still fucking funny tho
