Default Top Gear - S17 EP05 - 24th July, 2011 - Duscission

Jeremy Clarkson tries out a new F1-style Lotus, then joins James May for a trip to the seaside in a pair of electric cars, the Nissan Leaf and the Peugeot iOn. Richard Hammond meets a rally team made up entirely of ex-military amputees.
meh, dunno what to think about this one

** EDIT **

some program changes -

Usually Top Gear dreams up challenges for itself - a race across Vietnam or designing a new snow plough or something. But now and then they take up challenges from outside, which is what has happened this week: a group of world champion demolition experts (yes, there are championships for demolition) believe they can knock down a row of derelict houses in less time than Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May can. Ordinarily, you would bet on the experts, but the TG team have a plan, one that makes the most of the surprisingly low price of unwanted military equipment... Also this week, Clarkson tests an updated version of the classic Jensen Interceptor and finds himself transported back to a 1970s world of leather driving gloves and droopy moustaches.
