Perhaps it'll eventually get the supercharged 205hp 2L ecotec already in used by the cobalt SS?

I do believe gm already said it would in the gt version comming out for 07.

It's kinda neat, but according to 90% of all reviews out there, the new MX5 is the better car.

Having said that, I haven't driven either, so I don't know how they'll stack up.

I do like the older model MX5 tho', it was a real cracker to drive, and if the new one is anything like it, I sure wouldn't mind giving it a whirl.

*edit* as an added bit of info, I'd just like to mention that this car is anything but practical. Boot space being non-existant. I don't like the honey comb front grills either, they look out of place since they sit so flush with the front of the car. Kinda like Audi TT style, but the TT makes it look good due to the single grill.
