Default Flash to avi, mpeg, wmv?
Anyone know how to convert flash to normal? I want to convert some porsche videos to normal format.

I have never used this utility before, but it seems to meet your needs. After you have it as an AVI, you can convert it to practically any format using TMPGenc. If AVI is the desired format you can even skip the last step.
