I went to Philadelphia once during summer, and its a pretty nice city. If you know where to go in the city and in the suburbs, you can see some fine cars.

I tried to get intouch with my parents htis weekend and finally tracked them down calling my mom's cellphone. Turns out they went to Philly as well because my mom has always wanted to go and my dad finally took her..
I can safely say I have no urge to go there anytime soon

I was at the SAP headquarters for some training. Its in a small town called Newtown Square about 45 miles west of Philly. Its funny to see that the SAP HQ has a Porsche dealer on one side and a BMW on the other. So guess what new recruits buy when they arrive here....

ANy suburb of a ny city is by definition not the city
The down town was decrpid and rundown - apart from the historical significance, I give Philly a -1 on a scale of 1 to 10

I couldn't agree more, RC. Phila was a dirty piece of shit and I'm still pissed off that my sister chose to live in that piece of shit. I actually got lost the night I got there on some one-way streets in the fucking ghetto. It was insane how there were no lights on the streets and all the cars/buildings were fucked up. Then the road was blocked by a run-down Jeep and 15 black guys were screaming "wrong way, man." I put it in reverse and got the fuck out of there sooo fast. I was doing 120 on those narrow one-way streets. I said to my mom, who was in the car with me, "If I hit someone, I'm not stopping until we're back in Canada." It's a filthy place that should be bulldozed, burned and salt should be poured on whatever's left. Then we were walking through downtown and some homeless niggaz started talking nasty to my sister to I dropped my backpack and wanted to go fuck them up (though they probably would've cut me, eventually) but my sister's boyfriend held me back. In retrospect, I probably owe him my life for that one.
