I did a quick search and found somethings, rar password cracker and winrar password cracker, but they seem to do brute force and dictionary attacks, these can take a while so you should have a pretty fast machine....
I am trying to get them off p2p, will pm you when I get it

Well it was a while back...I got them off some crack/hacking site...they all seem to use a "brute force" method which not only takes forever but the actual chances of working seems to be ZERO.

brute force methods should work with passes up to 8 characters.... anymore and it's not feasible, at least on today's hardware
So it all depends now on how old your sister is

Well I tried putting on some basic passwords likes hamburger and they never got even close.

I will have to try them on my new 4.02 GHZ machine to see if I have any better luck.

i was j/k
anyway brute-force attack is just about guessing all possible combinations of characters, so the time it takes is directly proportional to the length of the pass.
For example the software tries: a, b, c, d, .....etc
then aa, ab, ac, ad, ......etc
So for a brute force attack, hamburger (9 chars) is a strong password

I think the one I was using was a dictionary attack....not sure if hamburger was in that dictionary though.
