Default NAIAS 2006:Final~New pics/238 photos, 74 new!

on the way to Cobo Hall, in Detroit...
BMW E46 M3, VW Phaeton, XLR-V, Audi S4's, Jeep SRT-8, Saleen Mustang

Aston Martin Rapid Concept

Ford Reflex

Ford Super Chief

Giugiaro Toyota

Mazda future MX-3?

Nissan Urge

Subaru Concepts

Suzuki suv pulling suzukis

new Volvo... interesting style, little fun?

BMW Z4 Coupe concept... IMO, nearly perfect, except for the lines connecting the rear haunches to the C pillar

Dodge Challenger Concept

Chrysler Imperial Concept (basically a poor mans' Rolls Royce IMO)

Chevrolet Camaro Concept

Lamborghini Concepts (the Muira, and LM002 scale model) the new Muira almost looks great... but the tail end, and the front 'tusks' really hurt the profile of the auto.

LM002? it was about equivilant to a 1:10 model, give or take... it definately looks lamborghini IMO... i like it

Audi Roadjet Concept... i cant decide if i like this, or not... in any case... Audi wants to find consumer reaction to this vehicle.

Volkswagon RGT??? hmm... there seem to be far to many "R" badges out there now... and why would they copy Alois Ruf so blatently?... well, in any case... this thing is fargin' fast! (550 hp i think and aiming at a lower cost then the M5/CLS 55 etc.)

Cadillac 16

Some Honda Concept:

Some other Honda Concept:

Mitsubishi Miev concept:

Alright! time for future production vehciles... some very good ones
First up, Audi and Lamborghini! Brilliant RS4, S6, S8, A8L, Murcialago Roadster, Gallardo Spyder

Audi B7 RS4... the most perfect audi i've ever seen... its sooo understated

Audi S6 (awsome!!!!!!! i want one ops: )

the S8... i can imagine wanting a car with tremendous rear leg room... but an A8 to me isnt exactly about sporting... but the paint does look good

finally, a luxo cabriolet is here again... it will be a damn shame to see the elegant Arnage go away.

I wish the auto show was a 'full' Lambo dealer... as much as Black is the best color option IMO on most Lambos... but at the show... black just doesnt show up so well.
Gallardo Spyder --- i didn't realize til after the second time i went to the show that i didn't have much in the area of quality Gallardo pics ... in any case... i never really liked the Gallardo Coupe much, but in cab form, the lines now look amazing!

Murcialago Roadster

Kobe Bryant's Dubs Murcialago... well... when a Lambo isnt enough :roll:

next up, Ford
Enjoy !
5.4 S/C'd FGT engine

A few Astons

the new Jaguar XKR.... Looks AMAZING im looking forward to the supercharged beast coming up

Ford Fusion... some tuner modified. i am aware of a SVT Fusion... it may not bear the name SVT, however.

alright, on to the real good stuff... SVT's Shelby GT500

the Beatiful, and extremely fast Ford GT

and finally, the Saleen Booth, including the 650 hp Ford GT, and 750 hp S7TT 37 of them are already on the road, and a 1050 TT version is already 50 state road legal!

By demand
some of the prettier girls at the show... but really, only a few pictures turned out nice.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~They are ALL UP~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hondas
Honda RDX
Nissans:
Toyota (lexus)
Mitsubishi:
DXC
Jeep:
Dodge:
Chrysler:
Mercedes:
Porsche:
BMW:
Maserati~~~~~~ how cool is this setup! if only it would be nice in my own living room... it would tie it together
Ferrari:
A nice start, looking forward to the rest.
The rear lights on the AM are just horrible, looks like a riced-out Jap car.
interesting concept from toyota.. I wonder what kind of "hybrid performance" that car makes.. it's probably weighs too much due to the batteries..
I have mixed feelings about the new Miura (not Muria by the way ), overall I like the look but the wheels and rear of the car let it down. :bah:
That VW thing looks pretty imposing.....thanks for the pics.
Thanks for the pics nthfinity!...the AM Rapide was the star of the show for sure. The rear lights are absolute crap...leave those type of lights to jap ricers. And please loose the bling bling wheels.
I have always loved the Giugiaro Toyota, ever since they showed it a few years ago, I hope Toyota actually decides to produce it. I don't know how a Hybrid supercar would work out, but I'm sure it will last a lifetime coming from Toyota.
Altough I hate the retro crap wave that's going through carmakers these days, I'm starting to like the Challenger...and the Camaro is awesome...we'll have a nice little muscler car war in a few years.
wow Isaac those pics are turning out great. You took quite a few shots to get those few good ones which is impressive for the tight quarters at times.
