Default Media Codecs...

Hmm...I was wondering what would be the best codec combination or all-in one solutions...I have a video but the audio doesnt seem to work. Video playback is only allowed. anyone know any codecs or what not.

Since I installed the SLD codecs pack, I never had to download any more codecs I think, but I'm a complete noob so I just cross my fingers for every new video

I use Ace Mega codec pack, it contains everything you'd need and more, and even a decent media player called "Media player Classic"
You can search for it at divxstation.com and download it.

heh yeah g-spot kicks ass. I just download the codecs as I need them. No need to waste hd space downloading useless codecs.
