I almost forgot - everything american is bad... since it's european it must be perfect... cars, racing, politics - you name it - american is just rubbish... right?

I mean that's the gist of the reply - and thousands of others.
well, not everything but almost everything!! LMAO
It seems to have slipped your mind that Ford/Cosworth supplied engines to F1 up until Jaguar dropped out. And dominated F1 engine supply for all of the 60's.

that means jack shit to be honest, how would they have done had they had thier own factory backed teams??

you cant compare a engine supplier to a team thats is factory backed and builds thier own car from the ground up!!
Ferrari, and GM both are lacking in the world of Rally Go Ford! dominating the year so far... great car, and great driver!

btw i do think F1 is the pinnacle of motorsports, simply the most advanced and fastest form of it (i know, not in top speed, but who cares about top speed...)

Not everything american is bad. Take W Bush for example, his one of the best stand up comedians in the world in my opinion.

"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully." George W Bush, Saginaw, Mich., Sept. 29, 2000

Question: "When you're not talking about politics, what do you and your father talk about?"
Bush: "Pussy."
To David Fink of the Hartford Courant, at the 1988 Republican Convention, Salon, 9th April 2000

I think he is great.

Back to cars, if u have a long straight then you are fine.

Sure - what was the time for Portugals sports car around the Nurburgring - in stock form on stock tyres?

My bad - Portugal doesn't have it's own car... period.

Very true, Portugal doesn't have a sports car and as far as i know, there are no plans to make one.

Now that u made your point about Portugal not having a sports car, can the american cars go any faster around corners?
I think other peoples problems fix our own ones. But maybe that just me, and i may be wrong.
