I have a quick question about improving the quality of scans.

A friend of mine sent me some pics of herself that she scanned into her computer. The problem is they are pretty grainy and cover some of the details of her face.

Is there a way to fix this with PS? I've gone through the filters and nothing seems to help

ps, yes, she's hot
