same here.
i'm 6 ft and weigh in at 95 kg with broad shoulders 15 inch biceps and thats with no exercise what so ever. so i dont get in to many fights
but my advantage is i've got big hands (11 inches from finger tip to thumb tip)

I am pretty fat now - 175cm (7) and 110kg(242lbs) a year ago I had 80kg(176lbs) :roll: I was starving lot of time and low on money often at that time, but the bad times dont come to stay, they come to pass...

Guys how do u measure biceps like suqish76
said his were 15in. Is that the length around the bicep.
im only 5'6/5'7 but i have wierd build. i have huge lower leg muscles and quite big arms. i can beat anyone in armwrestling and i never trained in a gym.
anyway how do i measure the biceps and stuff.

i think i'm around 5'9" or 5'10", and am around 143lbs on average. that fluctuates a lot it seems, never going above 150 lbs and not below 138 usually.
