i was wondering if I will have any problems installing it on my current system. and that is AMD XP 2400+, 512 ram, you know windows xp pro...would there be any issues or would it be a plug and play if you know what I mean.

it should come with a card you have to install since windows will only recognize hard drives up to 137 gigs.

That might be contained in SP1 as HDs are getting bigger and bigger, Microsoft need to build in compatibility, so new hardware works out of the box

I'm still curious about getting this harddrive. I want to get it, but yet again I dont what to deal with any problems that I might run into. So some of you said as long as I have SP1 it will work. So whats I install the drive along with win xp. I should get to it and install SP1? hmm...stupid 137 barrier.
