Default New Agreement between F1 Big Boss and Manufacturers

I think Bernie learned a lesson or two from watching what happened to Cart/IRL. A series divided can not stand.

It changes very little imo. Ferrari still have the ability to race with a blank cheque philosophy(with practically every other team not too far behind) and Minardi/Jordan forced to struggle with <$50m...if even

Minardi or Jordan collapse and the Concorde agreement is worthless.
