Default Mother of all f***s!!

Tuesday night I turned off my computer before I went to sleep, and when I woke up wednesday morning it was completely fucked up!!

I get no start menu bar, the thing down on the screen where the "Start" button is, and the clock is to the right..
It doesn't help to type Run explorer.exe in task manager..
I can't copy and paste.
I can't click a link to a site outside the site I'm on..
Media player doesn't work..
System restore doesn't work!

and my damn windows cd is missing, and I can't get into suprnova..

What is happening? Is there a simple solution?

Can u run an ftp server so that u could download ur files to another computer on the network?

The second thing u could do is download a partition utility.....put an empty harddrive and copy the entire drive thru DOS

Yeah, and you got mine? It's too sad that things like this happen, probably because I thought a antivirus was too much stress and too annoying! Anyone else got a possible solution??
