it is a Ferrari 196SP from 1959.

No, I don't think it's a 196SP. The 196SP looks a bit like an open top 250 LM with a sharknose. It was also mid-engined. This clearly isn't.

I think LotusGT1 is right. Although the nose of the car made me doubt it a bit. Don't get me wrong, I'm the kind of guy that thinks Testa Rossas only came with the 'pontoon' nose, but it just reminds me a lot of the front end of a Monza. Given the louvres in the side and the exhaust pipe on the side I would still go for Testa Rossa though.

I'm sorry, but it really isn't. I looked up some pictures for you.

This is not a 196SP.

This is. Two with sharknose and one without.

Maybe you found this picture on the net, wrongly named 196SP...

Trust me

Just another precision this only is an F40 with LM KIT, motor and other pieces are original ones. The LM Version is about 740 HP. You must have stage at NASA to drive it.

About the 355, this guy only change wheels to race on track but drive on road with originals.

Fantastic pics!
Is it held every year at the same date or weekend? After seeing those pics, I'm maybe considering going there next year, unless it overlaps with the Spa Ferrari Days

I have only ever seen one road going 355 Challenge, it looked like this, but had gold wheels!

I had the pleasure of following it around the M25!! --(In traffic obviously!!)--
