welll first and formost... ur 19 so as long as she is 15-16 its 100% legit.u said high school.. so i assume she is not in junior high and is at least 15... so regardless that is legit. I know these guys are sayin bad news bad news... but my sis is 2 yeasr younger than i am and i have been with a few of her friends.. so its perfectly fine, if he thinks it is trouble.. and would be pissed dont tell him. BUT if u actually like the girl and think u might wanna date her than u should let him know. BUt if all it was a one nite thang.. then it is all good keep it in the vault. At then end of the day u need to assess the situation and decide where u wanna go from there. I cant see him being too pissed cause ive done it many times and never been as issue. So we are gonna need more info before everyone jumps the gun so to speak.

At the end of the day u guys are close in age she was reasonably sober made her own decision and had a good time. No worries in my book. U wanna date her? tell him. If this guy is really your friend I would assume had know your personality well enough to make a good decision for his sisters sake. But he probably will get mad at you for a little while. Don't be suprized when he does, but talk to him about it anyhow. Go into the situation calm, and come out calm.If you want to hook up with her thats all the better.
