Default Jordan river kayaking trip... oops, there goes the camera

the last few days, i was up and around Traverse City (3.5 hour trip from brighton... the trip was from the middle of the right palm, up to the tip of the ring finger (a hand makes a good map of Michigan )

anyway, shortly after getting the camera out, it decided to go for a swim  so, im sending it in for 'repair/replacement' since i have a warentee.

anyway, if any pictures survived, i'll post em in this subject

Do you have a place called Ultimate Electronics in Michigan? If you do, buy from there and get the extended warranty. When it's about to go out of date (the warranty) slam whatever you bought off the ground. They'll replace it no questions asked.

Sorry to hear that though, I hope it gets fixed for free! You dont' seem all too concerned though!

If you have friend with that kind of insurance, ask him to play along. You pay the clausule and have a new camera
Let him tell his kid trew a waterballoon on the camera, problem solved
i think the closest to that is home owners insurance, and i think the deductable is about $500... depending on the cost of the repair, really. the same deductable is for the car

anyway, the last photos ill have taken for a while are here... and the river that killed the camera
