Default *** NEW VIDEO CARD AND NEW DESKTOP PICTURES ***

Just fitted a new video card (as far as I know one of the only ones to offer 3D performance as well as quad DVI ouput @ 1600x1200)

http://www.imaginegraphics.co.uk/pro...ic/Xentera.htm

http://www.colorgraphic.net/newsite/...0gt%20spec.pdf

Compared to the last one that was running on analogue...the results are simply breath taking...but I will allow the pictures to do the rest of the talking.

(The last wallpapers of the cars are just for fun)

I'm speechless to watch 4 different videos at the same time require some sort of training and not only a great video card

And your desktop pics are AMAZING!

That's some real shit... Digital is so much better, I know.. But with my Geforce 2 MX 200, there is no digital output to my single 17" monitor..

BTW: That celebrity that week, is he very famous in England? There's so many of them who I have never heard of..

A mini review I wrote for another forum :

The performance of the whole system compared to when using the Matrox G200MMS is OUTSTANDING. The actual monitor displays are now crisp and clear as I am able to run at 1600x1200 DVI as opposed to a very grainy 1600x1200 analogue with the Matrox.

The 2D performance is razor sharp with absolutely no "lag" on any of the displays and as you will see in the pictures I was running four full screen videos at once without any slowdown whatsoever (even if one is a DVD playing on full screen and the others compressed DIVX there is no slowdown in performance either).

The 3D performance obviously is not as breathtaking but yes it does have some and I am sure it would be capable of running a few of the older and less demanding games if you chose to do so ( I am not a gamer and I am only interested in video editing/encoding)

I was also able to push the system a bit further to a stable 4.02 GHZ with the new card and I am sure it could go further still.

Performance stats coming soon.

You are the person that I have been waiting for thamar.

You might have to have a custom title soon "PC Genius"

I am too embarrassed to post my 3D mark score but then my 3D power is spread out over 4 screens so perhaps we should multiply it by four !!....as I understand it the two VPU's on the card is split between the four screens if I went for the eight output card using only four screens then each screen would have its own dedicated vpu and therefore I presume performance would be increased. Also the eight output card is 256 MB vs 128 on my one.

Is there any other way to increase my 3D score or maybe I would do better with the other more processor based test ?? From what I could see though you have to pay for that one ??

Any help greatly appreciated.
