Nice Dakar video there geekdiggy. Looks a bit like a demo from a computer game.

How come pretty much none of the links over the last 10 pages work for me? Can someone post a recent link that will take me to millions of WRC videos?

Is there nobody who tapes the speedtv or C4/ITV highlights of WRC and puts them on the internet? They should do that. I get zero access to WRC TV coverage and it sucks.

By the way, any videos out there yet from Monte '04?

Nice entrance you've made to the World of Jabba
This isn't a chinese take away you know.
Have a good look, read some of the threads here  You'll be amazed how many (in)direct links and pointers to websites of people who have gone into the trouble a hosting vids on rallying you'll find

two simple reasons:

1) you're about FIVE AND A HALF MONTHS LATE coming to this thread

2) you smell bad

Hmm, people don't seem very nice here on Jabba's...

levensnevel, nice entrance? chinese take-away? I think you're commenting on the 'take me to millions of WRC videos' comment I made. I was joking, dude. I was just wondering, since I was so unfortunate to discover this thread five and a half months too late, if someone could kindly direct me to a recent link that works. For example, what happened to 666fast's website?

I don't smell.

No Someone,

I was merely referring to the fact that nowadays everyone expects that information is instantly available
The greatest pleasure finding what you're looking for is the journey you had to take and the unexpected finds during that journey
Just giving you a listing of the relevant URL's spoils all the fun for you :fadein:

The videos were hosted on my freewebspace I got from my ISP. I've since got into a small argument with them and they turned my service off. They tried to charge me for an extra 3 months of service on the basis that I never paid them. Which isn't true. All that happened a while ago and just the other day I got a letter from them sayign they were "investigating". I don't know what needs to be investigated, I sent them copies of the checks I wrote to them and that they cashed!

Anyway, like Geekdiggy said, your way to late! Once I'm back to cable access (56k sucks!) I'll be hosting more of my WRC vids.
One good thing about losing my cable internet is that I haven't seen a bill since, yet I still get cable TV! lol

If you search throguh the thread, you might find some links to other sites that work. If you want to use eMule, there is a ton of WRC vids.

I love WRC. It's the most fun and the most suspensful to watch. There are so many different aspects a WRC driver must take into consideration when he's driving on a leg, and to see these awesome drivers conquere the elements at 90+ mph is something very entertaining. Did I mention the drifting action?

Okay, found a great WRC Monte Carlo 2004 video:

http://www.rallye-online.hu/online/...php?p=14&gla=58

It is superb quality and has been put together by some really talented guys. It goes for 4:41, but don't be put off by the 2 minute intro which shows photoshoots around Monaco, drivers face-to-face, etc. It doesn't show a whole lot of variety among the WRC (no crashes, no snowy sections, seems to all be taken at about 3 or 4 different locations about the rally). It's definitely worth having though! Like I said, superb quality.
