very impressove figures.
Now all the Vette has to get is a half decent interior and then if I'd have the funds, I'd defenetley buy it.
Ok seriously, it's a ridicolously fast machine and my hat goes off the the makers of the Z06.
I'm surprised at some of the times written in the first post. I know they're real, but I would never think a Gallardo would be faster than the F430 on track....well...4wd
or that the 996 turbo is that much slower than the gallardo....or the Ford GT time...man I thought the differences would be smaller, not to mention the zonda time, helooooooo, way slower than I expected
one more thing.... ops: a GT3 RS with race tires, helooo is "just" as fast as the gallardo, yes I know HP difference and a couple more things, but still...the circumstances had to be VERY different for these times to make sense....
Ok, I'm OT here, so I guess what I wanted to say that I'm very impressed with the Z06, but I had a feeling the time would be fast.....
Thx for the data you have provided

the Ford GT's lap time there reflects poor gearing for track use; they stayed in 3rd gear the whole lap...
as for Z Z06....!
i love this car, and it would do nicely as a stable mate to my Jeep, and future FGT

How long did you have this post ready?
Very nice to see it do so well on a proper benchmark test..

Given its company, it's an amazing car. What's the closest price competitor? GT3 at about $30k more...thats some serious underdog coming and raining on the parade. Does anyone know where the Japanese hi-po cars fall, timewise? Like the Skyline GTR?
That CGT doesn't F around does it?
