maybe almost all companies tend to overprice their cars.
You look at the prices of new cars and... are too expensive, even for base models.
Here im mexico, a car dealer (as told by an uncle) for example... sells you a car for 20k. The manufacturer sells them the car for 10k more, less.
Of course you have to add all the expenses the car dealer has, such as wages, taxes, etc. and the car goes up to... 13k.

7k to the dealer and for the sales person... that too much money.

but if someone here in JW works in a car dealer, could you tell me if i'm at least 50% correct?

My thoughts to a T. So in this case i say the 745i and S430-500.(the 760 and S55-600 do NOT fall into this category hehe)

I think miatas are over rated. They are incredibly underpowered, they handle like shit unles you modify them extensively, etc. etc. About the only thing going for them is the price. They are really a car for people who want a sports car, but don't know what it means to be a sports car. Or for girls I guess it's a cute car, like the VW cabrio.

Mercedes cars in general... all of them are quite expensive IMO
Gillet vertigo - ok exclusive & yes I like it but a bit pricy
all lada's - they should be given away for free
Lotus Elise
MG Xpower SV
Mini Coopers (the new ones)
Smarts (should be about the price of 2 matchbox cars)
You probably haven't driven a Smart, they are great little cars. Much better than all the other small cars. While driving you'd never believe that you in such a small car. They are little bit overpriced, but I would take one for my 2nd car (if I even had a car ). Generally people assume that they are "toys" 'cause they haven't driven one.

And MB's little bit overpriced, but really great cars. Too much electrical problems though (the new ones).

way to be close minded an opinionated.
why cant you look past where the car came from and look at it for what it is, a car. Japanese dont make all bad cars, yes, some of them are bad but not all of them or even the majority of them.

anyways mercedes are overpriced
all suv's are overrated

Over priced - any ferrari, lamborghini, and most porsches. used Hondas are rediculosly overpriced for their worth (inlcding Acura). most lexus' and infiniti's are in this category as well.
Over rated - Corvettes of all styles, Ferrari enzo, honda civic (how did this car become the base for tuners...ewwww..) for that matter, most anything honda makes is over rated.

Why? Because they're reliable, fun to drive cars with brilliant engines, that handle well despite their drivetrain limitations (S2000 and NSX being the exceptions)? Not to mention the fact that they've figured out the whole torque steer thing, which is more than most companies can say.

For God's sake, its a Neon! With a stock Neon's suspension! Straight line speed is worthless if it can't handle.

over-priced & over-rated: hummer H2...
but isnt this question relative to how rich the person is? i mean if a guy likes a brabus instead of a ferrari ( tho im not) for him wouldnt it be at all right?..
the only thing that strikes my mind is the hummer .. its a piece of junk... imo.
