Default Slalom Sprint, the pros! Basically a Porsche day! 100+ pics!

Ok back in Bière for the second day... basically a Porsche day LOT of nice car, so be patient and let the page load for pics of 996 GT3 Mk I, Mk II and RS, 996 TT, various older 911, single seaters up to F3000 level and so on

Let's start with some light and small pics the cars in the parking lot.. some shoot while arriving, some while leaving

A classic M3 are everywhere

Another classic at such events

A 993 Turbo

And the son

Another EVO VI, but a TME

Very nice classic Alpine

A nice Mk II Clio V6 sitting beside an old 911

And let's talk about classic Porsches!

You prefer newer ones? Here is another Turbo

Superb 308 GT4.. I love it!

A couple of nice E30s!

Nice and yellow RS4

And another rarer sight, a Z1

That's it, time for some big pics now, as always CLICK THEM FOR 1600x1200 RES

Porsche lovers will be happy, no doubt

Ok let's start off with the this Carrera

And although the 924 may not be the most praised Porsche ever, it's nice to see one racing with the 911s

A 964 RS now

The first Boxster (an S)

Another 964RS

And a 968! (CS)

944 S2

Again classic Carrera

Another old RS with the classic side design

A "normal" 996 Carrera

The last Boxster S

More Carrera?

Climbing the ladder, here is a 996 GT3 Mk I

And its twin!

Big wing, but it should be "just" another RS

A 993 RS, the only one I think

Not really the proper trackweapon, but a 996TT is always good to see

Another Mk I GT3

And finally an Mk II, not many of them if we don't count the RSs

Always black, but the previous model!

And more!

Ok, little pause Porsche guys, let's see what else I've got...
Yes, we have Corollas around here too

And also lot of Mk I Golf

There were also many old Kadett GT/E

But not enough R5 IMO..

Luckily some more BMWs were there like this nice E30 M3!

A 944 TC, back in Porsche territory?

Noway, you have to see this, the car with the lower HP rating of the day.. a Citroen Dyane

Méganes are usually always a great choice if you want a quick FF car around the cones.. but I just saw this one today

One of the best cars of today hands down.. and also one of the fastest ones! Superbly aggressive Delta S4!

And old GT2

Strange car a widebodied Silhouette Commodore!

Some single seaters already.. a Formula Renault one as for a start. Of course they all play in another league compared to covered wheels entrants

A Peugeot.. Proto 9o7

Just 1000 cc in this Arcobaleno

Same car

GDS Spyder

Another Arcobaleno

PRM RMS Evo 2... don't ask more

A Martini Skoda, no idea what it is, but the driver was the oldest one.. 70 years old and still racing.. and fast too!

A Caterham Super 7.. to few of them

A small 1600cc reynard

Another Formula Renault..

March 753

Van Diemen RF 94

Uhm.. broken front spoiler sadly in this Martini MK42 Alfa

Van Diemen Ford

Formula 3000 cars.. again another planet... Reynard D91 judd in this case

A Seven lookalike, but this was a Dutton B Plus

Little pause from the race, ok? Let's take a tour at the stands...

And here is again the nice Turbo I shoot yesterday, but easy to take a front pic too today

Another Turbo

One of the E30 M3.. so nice!

Another!

Together

Well, the engine of the S4 is something unbelievable.. those pipes are so fucking big!

And what about this wheel? crazy shit!

Yeah, finally able to approach an RS! First pic

And walking down the row of 911, here is some GT3 clevage

The second RS! I'm happy that there was a blue and a red one!

Again a Turbo! So many of them!

Another TME EVO VI

The rest of the warriors, Formula Renault cars at home between two rounds

And now for one of my fav cars of the day, on the podium with S4 and Gt3 RS! The amazing M1

And the GT GT3.. almost forgotten in its corner...

Scary 935!

And now for some less "frantic" cars: some small single seaters, and a couple 911 the old Gt2 of course is sexy

but back on track now, and from the opposite side of the big main area

This braking point was pretty impressive: cars were coming inside the area pretty fast and had to brake on a quite ondulated tarmac.. you will see the Gt3 RS doing that in one of the vids

More RS clevage?

And we are almost there... with some more Porsches from the visitors parking lot

And time for the Ferrari of the day, one of my fav!! Isn't it nice?

Ok not really done, be patient another 2 seconds

On the way back home we spotted a superb castle from far away, sadly it was private, not open to public some pics of the castle and the view down toward the lake

Well and here is a ... cat LOL.. nearby that castle.. he/she wanted to play and so, no I'm not trying to kill him/her with that hand

See? Still alive

___

Yes I know, time to close this post, so here are a couple of vids. Sadly the day was marvellous but windy.. so the sound is sometimes even worst than usual sorry!

***DO NOT POST THE LINKS OUTISDE JW PLEASE***

A nice racing E30 M3! Nice driving too!

BMW M1 are a rare thing! You can't miss this video

A Lola B 99/50

Opel Vectra Touring car

The most powerfull car of the day.. a great Porsche 935 pushing some 700 horses

A racing GT3

Two clips of one of the two GT3 RS. The second one was shoot from another different angle and it's nice to see the RS blasting into the big area while I was filming a regular GT3

A Reynard 92 Ford

Yes, alot of Porsches because Porsches can handle track events unlike alot of other car manufacturers out thereand Porsche drivers love to race their cars and not just cruise the boulevards hoping to pick up chicks

308 GT4's look horrendous IMO, I don't get what Bertone wanted with that design...

I LOVE those rims under a Turbo...wow...

Awesome pics, very well done. You should built a site with all your pics featured....

And to think the 308 GT4 would be on top of my list if I would have the money to run a "cheap" Ferrari IMO it's stunning but well, the world is nice because we all are different And I agree about that Turbo.. it was siply perfect!

As for a website with my pics, of course they are all stored so it will always be possible in the future, but having already JW to look over, and my girlfriend's little website to update every now and then, I'm not sure I could really focus on it like it should

But of course if pics will keep coming like they are now, I could consider something to make it easier to find them all in the same place
