Gmail for personal use 1 gb
yahoo buisness mail for ... eh, buisness 2gb

hotmail is too cloggy. Sometimes, well many times, i get "too busy"
I wish Gmail would have been around when i signed up to hotmail.

Hotmail has also that stupid sign-in-every-30-days rule, or they'll terminate the account. That sucks! And yep, it is still 2mb for me.

Hotmail seems to have been saying that it will become 250mb for a good while now. Have you actually got 250mb yet blinkmeat? Also, what is Gmail?
