Oh - and I had the first dreaed "Disk Is Dirty: Cannot be Read" or some such crap errors.

Looks like Forza2 is slowly killing the XBox360.

From what I read online, next will be the 3 red lights then I will have to send it in for repairs and it will never be the same again.

Man it's really insulting how Turn 10 is just totally ignoring this issue. RC, that thread you posted on launch day is now 53 pages and growing. But not a word from Turn 10.

Some joker named Skate Zilla keeps insisting that it's the XBOX's fault and not Forza 2, but everyone on there is saying that other games still work - just not FM2.

I've been banging the hell out of my desk (made of wood) harder, and harder every single day because I still haven't had a freeze, anomaly, anything....

This is f'n weird.

AND I pay too much for Asian cars

Reading somehting like this after they kept banning me over there is sorta poetic justice

Re: Freezing, Missing Textures, Objects, and Crashing - POST ONLY INFO Here. New breaking info!!! Microsoft tech support said and I quote "Turn 10 sucks at following directions" He also said they are aware of the problem and a working on a fix. I think T10 didn't read there memo about the new Dashboard specs and it mucked up many a system, the dude on tech support told me that to fix the issue they woud, most likely: replace my DVD Drive(I think part of the problem is the firmware on the older DVD rom drives) Flash the entire system(bios update I guess) and send it back to me with some newer fans and stuff(not part of the fix just standard). He couldn't tell me any details about the actual problem and I don't think he was supposed to let the T10 comment slip, but it lets you know that Mircosoft is not happy with T10 about this.

I so wanted FM2 to be GTHD/GTR2/GT Legends/PGR4 all rolled into one... But we knew they had promised too much.. instead of making 4 versions of that fantasy track, why not Road America of something

Road America is my favorite track and I'm really mad that it isn't in FM2, especially since it WAS in Forza 1. I spent age 5-18 in Sheboygan, WI which is like 20 minutes away from RA.

Saw lots of cool C.A.R.T. , AMA Superbike, Classic GT, and American LeMans races there.

Might even get myself a Xbox 360, I like the game that much!

i haven't bought the game yet. dont know if i want to.. ...forza 1 was soooooo good im scared they might have ruined it with this.

If you've already got a 360 I'd say you might as well get it considering you're already a car fan. With the exception of the Nurburgring on PGR3, this is the first racer to come out for 360 with real world circuits and such.

I own both TDU and PGR3 and I think Forza 2 is much better than those two.
