I thought McLaren F1's in the US had to have an extra bumper for it to be street legal?

It could be the new Jabba's collection but there would be an F50 instead of the Macca

the 4 I've seen all had the standard front end and 3 seats.
In order to be imported and driven on American roads, the Mclaren has to go under a bit of surgery. The headlights are replaced with road-legal items, the passenger seats have to be removed, and chintzy little bumpers have to be fitted to the front end. However, after this conversion has taken place and it is certified to be road-legal they can all be reversed. This is the ONLY way to have a road-legal, certified Mclaren F1 in the USA.

Another photo showing the incredible beauty of the 360. Even in that crowd it stands out.

Totally exact Vanquish, on the "Road and Track" test of the Mclaren F1 (december 1997) they show the conversion made by Ameritech, the headlights are rectangular and it has ugly bumpers. I will post it later (when i will have my hands on a scanner).
