Unfortunately, Venom will not be in this one, just the symbiote. They may show the symbiote find a new host at the end of the movie, but that hasn't been confirmed yet.

and in the teaser, it looks like spidey gets rid of the symbiote in the church. And then Brock will find the symbiote

Yes, Eddie is in it and will be a pivotal element.
Those shots in the trailer of the "Goblin" are just Osbourne on the Flyer.

I'm fortunate enough to have many friend in the movie/game industry because of my animation background. These are just little things a friend of mine told me when discussing the trailer. I could probably get the entire film breakdown if you like.

yes he is in, and is played by Topher Grace (from that 70's show)

i knew about sandman along time ago, a friend of mine (who is also working on the animation ) said that they have been looking @ alot of footage of how sand falls in slowmotion to capture the right effects.

Ok, I need to detract what I already put in this thread. Since this thread got me to thinking what all is going to happen in the move I decided to find out all I could. Talking to a few people in the industry I’ve come up with this. (might be a spoiler to some if true, tread lightly)

Supposedly Venom IS in the film. He is said to be in about 20 to 30 percent of it. There is a Spiderman/Goblin versus Sandman/Venom fight. And there’s a cameo by an unnamed character in the film too. There is also some stuff that is being closely kept that fans will absolutely love.
