Hopefully they have put as much work in upgrading the driving model as in upgrading the graphics. Looks good, just have to wait and see how good it drives.

I like the way the driving ability is improved on GT4.. You will be surpriced by it.. I got the japan demo GT4.. and it's mind blowing.. only 60 cars or so but well worth it.. Can't wait for the official realease...I would spend a lot of time in doors..

i dont mind them pushing the release becaus I have sold my PS2 and will buy a new one just for this game. Pedals and all. Colleg life, and wallet size, (that rhymed!) will lower quite a lot.

Sounds good. I have the old PSX, so have played GT and GT2, but haven't bought myself a PS2. But seems I have to try out GT4 when it arrives.

yeah, if you have the extra money, i would advise getting one, it even makes your old psx games have better graphics.

Anyone from or has been to Japan recently?

Anywho.. i was recently staying at Tokyo, Japan and bought myself GT4 prologue. What can i say, well firstly its a teaser to what GT4 has to offer, and secondly.. from what i expereinced, it made quite an impression on me. I never thought GT series could get better but they've done it..

Here:

- Car physics have been improved (e.g. more sliding and potence to spin spin spin!)
- Sound has been improved. You can really start to hear the cylinders firing hehe.
- Visuals have improved. I believe theres a little higher pixel count?.. And shadows are way cooler now.

Although it was just a teaser... it reassured the successful legacy of the GT series for me.

Now we play the waiting game...

Cheers

Although I have only played the first project gotham, the driving physics in all of the gt games are a considerable amount better. Can't wait for this game though. 8)
