Driver may be charged with their deaths:

That makes no sense....

the driver causing death on the road is one thing... but the fucking moronic moves by local TV stations covering chases like its the greatest thing in the world.... something like this is bound to happen sooner or later... and again eventually...

Such a waste of life

Yeah, I really can't see what basis there is for the mad driver to be charged with deaths arising from the accident. It's the pilots' fault they weren't paying attention and killed each other. A sad waste of life, I agree.

I'm trying to make up my mind as to whether the driver should be charged with the four deaths, but I just can't seem to b/c both sides make a bit of sense to me. I wonder how this will turn out...
RIP to the unfortunate four individuals who died. Poor families...

The driver did not cause the helicopters to crash. The helicopters crashed into each other independent of the high-speed chase.
