dont panic i have videos of the burnout and all dyno runs

so many evos.

6.1 liter v8
425hp
20 inch wheels
brembos from the viper
goodyear eagle f1 supercars

all standard

$45k

big red

this lexus sc300 had a supra turbo engine and supra brakes, custom exhaust

owner was expecting 450rwhp but his boost controller was being lame

he got 335rwhp at only 7psi. he normally runs at 14psi. it is loud as shit, as you will see.

hahaha yeah, that was pretty funny.

i really need to invest in a real videocamera at some point. video mode on a digital still camera just doesnt cut it, although the audio is good.

thanks

that was actually the dyno guy driving, so that I could record the run and finally hear my car from outside the cockpit 8)

yeah i love my brother's M3 so much.
we finally found out the trick to dynoing it correctly - you have to hold the traction control button (DSC) for 10 seconds to totally disable it

the car had 3k miles on it, the owner didnt know how to do a burnout in an automatic so he actually handed over his keys to some 20 year old there!!!

thanks. I think the AWD transmission in my dad's car was slipping on the dyno because it took SO long to reach redline in it at full throttle. there's a trick to dynoing an AWD 911 apparently. according to that dyno my dad's car made 225 rwhp and had a huge dip right in the middle of the graph for no reason, lol.

but i agree, i absolutely love how it sounds. its very very throaty for a 6 cylinder. it has the porsche sports exhaust from the factory. if i remember correctly it seems to open up at exactly 3,500 rpm every time, no matter what gear you're in and no matter what throttle angle, it's weird

oh and my friend- the owner of the black Evo has a real video camera and he's supposed to be sending me a high quality version of the burnout
